This talk offered a practical introduction to notebooks, explaining when they are a better fit than traditional scripts and how they can be used effectively for exploratory data analysis, presenting computational results, and sharing reproducible research. Starting from the basics, the session covered installation, everyday usage, and good practices for producing clear, shareable notebook-based work.
