Upcoming - CLEM image analysis training
We are pleased to share an upcoming training opportunity at the Francis Crick Institute: Image analysis for Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy (CLEM), taking place in London from 30 November to 4 December 2026.
This five-day course is a CCP-volumeEM led initiative, designed for researchers, facility staff and imaging specialists who want to strengthen their skills in CLEM image analysis. Through a combination of classroom-based theory and practical sessions, participants will work with open-source software and publicly available datasets to explore approaches for analysing correlative light and electron microscopy data.
Topics will include modality-specific image analysis pipelines, reconstruction, registration and visualisation of correlated image volumes, with an emphasis on practical workflows that participants can apply to their own imaging projects.
