Join us for the next CCP-volumeEM Show & Tell: Napari software for 3D segmentation with the napari-zelda plugin, a 60-minute online talk from Rocco D’Antuono of The Francis Crick Institute.

Taking place at 12.30pm on Tuesday 30th June, the session will introduce napari-zelda, an open-source plugin designed to make 3D bioimage segmentation and analysis more accessible through the napari GUI.

Rocco will demonstrate how napari-zelda supports interactive, zero-scripting workflows for tasks such as cell segmentation, vesicle counting, signal quantification, 3D rendering, and parent-child object analysis. The talk is open to anyone interested in bioimage analysis, and no coding skills are required.
